" Easy rent appeared in autoeurop listing as by far best price on the listing. But when I added the extra very high cost of insurance it was close to other companies. "
" 1. Told that I only had basic insurance and in the event of any damage or loss of car I would be charged £1800. I therefore had to buy their extra insurance which was excessive: 150% of price i paid for the rental. 2. Place was not located in airport carpark. Not easy to find later when returning the car. 3. Car was provided with tank partially full only. It is a hassle to try to return it with same level of fuel. 4. Had to wait 20 minutes for special bus to take me to place to collect car. "
